Third day of oms plan

Yesterday was day three of the food plan and it all went well.  There were even less photos taken, which is bad for the blog, but good overall because it means I'm not so obsessed with what I'm eating.

The food plan was:
Green Smoothie

Butternut squash soup
Smoked salmon and gluten free seeded roll

Berry Smoothie

Sea bream with green beans and salad
