Vlog #5 Update on the OMS Eating Plan

I wrote about my plan for coming off inflammatory foods in January here.  I had anticipated slowly coming off sugar in January, then sweeteners in February, then dairy, then gluten and wheat and then saturated fats.  What a sensible plan, as recommended by Overcoming MS.

But of course I got bored with that as an idea and so I came off everything all at once in the first week of January and I'm really pleased I did.  Below is my latest vlog about what I'm eating at the moment and how it's all going.
